Thank you for shopping with us! If for a reason or another you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange. WeilJewelry offers a no hussle return policy to help you shop with confidence. Please read our entire return policy before placing your order.
In Stock Items:
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and that is why we have a great return policy!
Our entire collection is covered by our 14-day return policy*. You may return the item you purchased with us within 14 days from the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unaltered and in its orignal packaging.
You would like to return the piece you purchased in the last 14 days?
You have 14 days from the order delivery date to submit your return request via email and items must be shipped back within the same timeframe. Upon receiving your return, please allow us up to 7 business days to inspect the item and process your refund.
We do not offer free return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for shipping items back at their own expense.
Custom-Made Jewelry:
Our 14-day return policy doesn't apply to custom & personalized items.
Every item designed and produced for you is considered ''Custom-Made''.
"Personalized Items" includes sizing of rings, bracelets, necklaces as well as engravings, and any other processes that alter jewelry like metal plating.
International Returns:
Please note that although WeilJewelry accepts international returns within 14 days*, the return shipping, is the responsibility of the customer (shipping cost as well as duties & taxes if applicable).
* Important note: Custom-made and personalized jewelry, including sized items such as rings, are excluded from our 14-day return policy and are final sale.
WARRANTY:
We offer a lifetime guarantee on manufacturing defects found on any pieces from WeilJewely collection or custom-made by us! This warranty doesn't apply to antique, vintage, preowned and estate jewelry.
We also offer a 30-day limited warranty for pre-owned jewelry.
We are working very hard on quality checking all the jewelry we are selling right after buying the pieces and right before shipping it to you and you shouldn't have any issues with your purchase from WeilJewelry.
Just in case, we offer you a 30-day warranty to protect your purchase against any pre-exising issues you may encounter.
This warranty doesn't protect against damages occuring after delivery of your order due to any type of accidents.
Here is what is included in the warranty:
(all these are unfortunate and shouldn't happen, but hey! some of our pieces are over a hundred years old!)
- Any clasp or earring closure not closing well.
- Stone(s) falling of the setting.
- Prongs breaking off.
- Any other damages that are not suppose to occure with a normal wear of your jewelry like a bracelet or chain link breaking off or the shank of a ring breaking off.
If any of these happen to your jewelry, we will send you a shipping label fix your jewelry and ship it back at no extra charge.
