Where is WeilJewelry located?
WeilJewelry is an online jewelry store. We offer fine vintage, antique, estate and modern jewelry here on our online shop as well as Etsy & eBay.
We also have a strong presence in Miami/Aventura/Hollywood/Boca Raton/Palm Beach area where we offer in-house/office appointments.

How can I see your jewelry in person? Do you have a home viewing option?
Thanks to our amazing 14-day return policy*, you can shop with us knowing you can return it if you change your mind.
Upon receipt of your order, you will have 14 days to review the item and make a decision. If you decide not to keep it, you can ship it back to us for a full refund or exchange.

We also offer in house/office appointments in Miami area (Aventura, Hollywood, Boca Raton & Palm Beach area). Our South Florida jewelry expert is available now to meet you directly at your house/office to show you the jewelry of your dreams. We can also meet you to speak about your next custom jewelry design project or any other projects that you might have in mind!

What is your shipping policy?
Good news! WeilJewelry always ship your orders for free in the US!
All of our shipments are insured.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We are proud to have customers in 23 countries including the United States (with Puerto Rico & The US Virgin Island), Canada, Mexico, Panama, France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, England, Scotland, Ireland, Danemark, Sweden, The Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, The United Arab Emirates & Israel.
All international orders are shipped with UPS Worldwide (1-5 business days).
It is important to note that there is an international shipping fee.
International shipping starts at $40 for $50-200 orders, up to $145 for $5000+ orders.
Shipping fees are not refundable in case of an international return.
Please note that VAT, GST (OR ANY TYPE OF SALES TAX), IMPORT FEES, CHARGES and any other import duties are NOT included in the listing price or shipping fees and payment of these duties, taxes, fees and charges is the responsibility of the purchaser at the time of delivery.

Do you charge my state or country sales tax/VAT/GST?
WeilJewelry is registered in Florida State only.
For this reason, we only charge sales taxes for order placed from FL State.
If you are located outside of FL, you wouldn't be charged any sales tax.
If you are located outside of the USA, you wouldn't be charged any sales tax...but you would need to pay any import taxes & duties in your country.
How much do you charge for sizing the ring I'd like to purchase?
All our rings over $750 come with a free sizing!
All our rings under $750 can be sized for a small fee.
Free sizing does not apply to rings sold for 15% off and over.
Yellow Gold Rings:
We charge $29 for the first size up or down + an extra $19 per size up.
White Gold Rings:
We charge $39 for the first size up or down + an extra $19 per size up.
How to pay for ring sizing? Right after placing your order, WeilJewelry will email you a payment link. We invite you to message us from the product page to let us know what size you need your ring to be before purchasing it.

What are my payment options?
You can purchase from our online shop, using you credit/debit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discovery, Diners Club), PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Shop Pay (and Shop Pay Installments with Affirm), Meta Pay and Google Pay.
Do you offer payment plans?
When available you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments for orders between 50 USD and 999.99 USD with Shop Pay (powered by Affirm).
Monthly plans are also available for orders between 150 USD and 17,000 USD.
We also offer payment plans directly through our company.

Yes, custom jewelry design is World Wide Weil Jewelry -our parent company-specialty! We can design and make anything you want.

What is the starting price for custom-made jewelry?
Very good question! The answer is simple. In most cases we can work within your budget. It all depends what you are looking for of course! If you want an engagement ring or a wedding band, a bracelet or a necklace, a brooch or even a pair of earrings.
Is your jewelry and gemstones conflict-free?
We are delighted to provide our customers with ethically sourced diamonds and colored stones.
Indeed, the gemstones we use are environmentally sustainable, responsible,100% conflict-free and meet the Kimberley Process Certification.
Do you have pieces that are not on your website?
We are always acquiring new piece and are working very hard to add them all to our online shop.

Yes we can repair your antique, vintage or modern jewelry.

My white gold ring has a yellowish tint, is it normal? Can you fix that?
Gold is yellow by nature. White gold is a silver-colored alloy of gold with other metals (nickel, platinum...) and his most of the time rhodium plated. If after a few months or years your white gold ring became yellowish it is probably due to the a lack of rhodium. No worries, we can add a layer of rhodium.

Do you appraise jewelry?
We know how important it is for some of our customers to have an appraisal on their jewelry.
We will write you an appraisal for free for all the pieces you are purchasing with us upon request.
You can also send us jewelry bought somewhere else, we will write you a detailed appraisal.

My colored stone is scratched everywhere; do you polish gemstones?
Yes, we can give most of the gemstones a second life. Our polisher will take care of it.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a lifetime guarantee on manufacturing defects found on any pieces from WeilJewely collection or custom-made by us! This warranty doesn't apply to antique, vintage, preowned and estate jewelry.
We also offer a 30-day limited warranty for pre-owned jewelry.
We are working very hard on quality checking all the jewelry we are selling right after buying the pieces and right before shipping it to you and you shouldn't have any issues with your purchase from WeilJewelry.
Just in case, we offer you a 30-day warranty to protect your purchase against any pre-exising issues you may encounter.
This warranty doesn't protect against damages occuring after delivery of your order due to any type of accidents.
Here is what is included in the warranty:
(all these are unfortunate and shouldn't happen, but hey! some of our pieces are over a hundred years old!)
- Any clasp or earring closure not closing well.
- Stone(s) falling of the setting.
- Prongs breaking off.
- Any other damages that are not suppose to occure with a normal wear of your jewelry like a bracelet or chain link breaking off or the shank of a ring breaking off.
If any of these happen to your jewelry, we will send you a shipping label fix your jewelry and ship it back at no extra charge.
