Impressive timeless vintage platinum natural untreated 3 CT sapphire & diamond halo ring.

At its center is a natural oval blue sapphire weighing approximately 3 CT (measuring 8.87 × 7.24 × 5.41 mm).
It is accompanied by a GIA Sapphire Origin Report. This lively sapphire displays a rich, saturated medium dark blue hue, and it is the opinion of the laboratory that the gemstone shows no indications of heat treatment, a highly desirable characteristic for natural sapphires this size.
According to GIA, the stone is basalt-related, with characteristics consistent with sapphires that may originate from regions such as Australia, Thailand, Nigeria, or other basaltic deposits, where precise geographic origin cannot be conclusively determined.

Surrounding the sapphire is a double halo of baguette and round brilliant-cut diamonds, totaling approximately 1.50 carats. The diamonds are graded F-G color, VS clarity, offering exceptional brightness and contrast against the stunning blue center stone. The combination of tapered baguettes and round diamonds creates a dynamic, architectural halo that enhances the sapphire’s presence while adding dimension and brilliance.
